Downtown Dental Care F+ Worst dentist ever. Neglected to tell me what was cover in my insurance plan. Kept complaining about my coverage. Fixed two cavities wrong - The cavities were still below his fix. After I complained with my insurance about why he failed to inform me correctly of what was covered on my plan -and then overcharging me for an alternative procedure - he simply wrote me a letter saying that he didn't want me as a patient anymore. Horrible Experience at Downtown Dental Care DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS DENTIST! Everyone at this dental office was horribly rude to me. Don't ever go there!
I had one of the worst experiences of my life at Downtown Dental Care in Portland. I was treated horribly by the receptionist and the dentist! No exaggeration! DO NOT EVER GO THERE!
Unfortunately Lisa is no longer here. She was the BEST!
This dentist treats his staff terrribly. My visit gave me a turned stomach and headache worrying about the outcome of my dental treatment and listening to these people snap at eachother.

Go here if you have had hesitation about going back to the dentist. Lisa is patient and helpful. All the staff really try to make you feel as comfortable as possible.
