Best dentist in town by far! I have been to many dentist throughout the valley looking for a good one. A friend told me to try them out I called very friendly staff on the phone got in the next day and the staff was very welcoming I did my X-rays and went over the work that was needed what was covered by my insurance and what was not. The doctor was very patient and nice. I left happy and did not feel scared at this dentist. I highly recommend this dentist. ❤️❤️❤️
Absolutely the rudest people I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Took my 12 yr old there because she's in pain and after being called a liar by the dentist, the holier than thou financial chick , who is not a dentist, said she had to wait for an ortho consult to get the teeth pulled. Then while trying to defend my child , we were asked to leave for being rude. Oh so you can be rude to me but I can't treat you the same? Hell no. Do NOT take your children here. Absolutely ridiculous!!
Very poor service and like most have said already they get mad at you for asking questions about your own health... also I was told to leave by Kelly(manager) for asking if they could just pull one tooth now and talk about the rest later... Staff was very unprofessional, gets mad at others and yelling at everyone. IF you like to be treated like a dog then they are your people.
The worse clinic in Hemet. . Very unprofessional, disrespectful staff they did the same procedure in my tooth 3 times ..and one of the receptionist got mad of me because I cancel my appointment .. she was very disrespectful and rude .. SHE FORGOT THAT COSTUMERS ARE PAYING HER SALARY... STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE..
Very unprofessional. Staff was more worried about her $30,000 tax debt, dentists have no clue what front desk is doing.. Vice versa. NOT RECOMENED!!! ALSO WAYYYY OVER BOOKED NO GUARNTEE TO BE SEEN. RAT RACE IN THAT BUILDING..
