Have been going to location for 20 . Monet, Dr V, and was then told to pick another Dr. Choose Dr Merchant. Called for my anual physical and was told she wasn't taking new patients. I thought I was and had been a patient ! Now having to go to P'Tree Hills location. Not happy !
I love my doctor! I've been seeing Dr. Aparna Mark at this location for years and she's wonderful. Front desk is always friendly and it's a convenient location. The only downside is you have to pay for parking. Other than that, I'd highly recommend!
I love this practice until my doctor suddenly left and I was told I was a new patient and had to wait 6 months for a new patient appointment? Seems like that's the same problem everyone else is having. If you can't see your primary care for a sick visit, then what is the point? I now have to attempt to find a new doctor that takes my insurance, and have to go to the ER in the meantime if I have any issues.
