First off all,walking in with small dog we were rudely stopped.Being from out of town we like to tour around to various places,but the hospitality wasn't there unlike most places in Las Vegas,it's got some cool shops but other than that it's underwhelming.
Excellent small park/walking mall. Very relaxed atmosphere with good food options, interesting shops, and live music (at least on Fri and Sat nights).
