DO NOT USE their service. Their owner and drivers are nasty, nosy and yell at customers. They have no value for customer service. And the drivers ask personal questions such as where are you from, is this your own house or renting, how long have you lived in this area. Their approach and behavior is not safe at all. Stay away.
Used these guys a while back and decided to give them a try again. They were on time and very friendly. They also provided car seats for no charge. Would definitely use again.
Finally out of business due to bad service and very very old cars
Absolutely horrible.. It took them an hour and 10 minutes to get me after my plane landed I was standing on the curb for an hour because I travel with just carry ons. They said it was traffic with in the Terminal when I kept calling, But cabs and other limo services kept driving completely around terminal waiting for their pick ups to come out, so it was BS. Then they charged me FULL FAIR anyway, also the people on the phone were rude and unprofessional.
I have no idea where all the bad reviews are coming from. I've been using this company for over 2 years and no issues. I use them every time I have a business trip, or vacations for our airport dropoff. Usually friendly drivers, polite and prompt service.
