Felt super uncomfortable he was mad when we walked in without an appointment. Made a rude joke when my son showed him the haircut he wanted on his phone just because he has a phone and it was the same haircut as the kid he cut before. Was rude the hole time never again
I asked for a blow out taper style and he gave me a bowl cut and it's is really short

We attempted to support a local business by scheduling an appointment at Downtown Barber in Elko. After being told walk-ins weren't accepted, I made a point to book for 3:15 PM. Arriving promptly at 3:00 PM, I was met with the frustrating news that several walk-ins had been taken ahead of my scheduled appointment.
