WOW! Talk about a clean environment and friendly people. The members there are no pressure people, not big and tuff throwing the weights around or not to busy to say Hi! I signed up for a personal training course and everyone i talk too say its worth it, with any trainer. I like that there are a mixture of female and males. I really don't feel like i am being gawked at! As a women i like that. I give them an A+ and will be making this my gym.
