Nice tools Ace Hardware helped me out with all my home improvement needs. I don't know much about tools but there were plenty of helpful staff to demonstrate how to properly handle a tool.

Extremely disappointed. I purchased an item online for pick up at this store by a friend. The friend returned the item to the same store the next day, hoping to exchange it for a slightly more expensive item and pay the difference. The Ace website instructions for returning online purchases say to return to the store (any store) for in store credit.
