I love coming to Downtime. The girls are always super friendly and frequently check to see if there's ever anything I need. The whole salon smells amazing and it's such a laid-back atmosphere! My hair cut and color is always on point, the massage therapists are phenomenal, and my feet feel incredible after my pedicures. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!!
This was our fifth trip for our annual girl's day of spa treatments. It was our 2ndvyear at Downtime, and it was in 1 word, lackluster. I pre-paid, for 4 facials and 4 massages, & the facials ended up in, 1 person not even having her makeup removed. She had day old mascara all over her face.
