Went for a mani pedi was disappointed. Nails not done professionally, feet just breezed over. No real cuticle trim. Nice girl but no apology when she should have fixed my nail.
It was an awesome experience and all the girls were so helpful. Loved my massage.
Staff is wonderful and very friendly! The manicure and pedicures there are excellent. Highly recommend Downtime!
I would definitely recommend this place! What a great experience. I can't wait to go back.
