I called to get help with the aftermath of a branch impaling my roof during a wind storm, and Vlad was super helpful! He connected me with a roofer, and even got the roofer to call me! I was a massive ball of stress over this, and Vlad in a matter of 10 minutes had a roofer I contact with me, and now they are coming tomorrow to fix my roof! I can't thank him enough for his help!
