We had a Tree fall against our house, and needed our barge rafter, structural parts of the trusses in the attic that snapped and and the north roof repaired and replaced. The Downs construction staff assigned to the job were courteous and did a great job, and left the site clean. The work was completed and the roof was coordinated with Victoria roofing. I would highly recommend the services of Downs Construction to manage any repairs or work that needs to be contracted out. Thanks Downs.
Downs Construction and sub contractors hired for our restoration did a great job for us. It took time but got it done!
I had a leak in my show from the plumbing above. The job was complicated by the gyprock testing positive for asbestos. The job was completed on time and well done.
We were shocked and a bit devastated when we learned of our water leak had affected upstairs and also soaked through to our kitchen below . Unless you are doing an insurance claim don’t bother. A month after coming to see two units (we had a flood with raw sewage) we still did not have a quote for work. Was told they are very busy and as we were paying for the work unlikely we would get a quote. “We” are two seniors — 67 and 87 beautiful YOA. Two separate condo units and we are owners.
