12 years ago we had a fire at a rental house. They did an amazing job making sure everything was fixed better than it was before. This same house had a major flood just last year and we were able to get it fixed quickly. Then this year I called to see if they would be willing to do asbestos testing and removal of some lathe and plaster that was damaged and had to be replaced. Communication was great over the time our insurance claim required the Downs workforce on to be onsite. Every person who came over the few months was professional, arrived when they said they would, worked hard with the final results bring exactly what we had hoped for. We would happily use this company again but hopefully for home changes not related to insurance!

We had such a great experience with Downs construction company! The team was professional, friendly, and easy to work with from start to finish. Everything was handled smoothly and hassle-free, and they were very accommodating to our needs. Really happy with the service and would highly recommend them!
