It is with the greatest of pleasure to provide a recommendation for Downs Construction Ltd. We had an "encounter" in our kitchen between a very hot pyrex bowl straight from the oven to our laminate countertop, which burned and melted! This was my first-ever insurance claim, and I admit to wondering if this would go well. Downs did a great job of remediating our basement bedroom after it was flooded. They gave good advice, cleaned up thoroughly, taking care to pack our belongings and then restored the drywall and paint to what it was. They also handled the ordering of the replacement flooring. They were very good at communicating and letting us know what was scheduled when. All their people were very efficient and professional.
