Down's Construction was invited to provide restoration services for some flood damage that occurred last year. They arrived within a day and had a complete estimate ready in just a few days. Their communication and follow-up was excellent. Once work was scheduled it progressed quickly and was completed on time and on budget. Good job!

After completely restoring my condo due to water damage following a fire on the floor above me, I am so grateful to Downs for their workmanship and their dealings with me! All their employees have people skills, are happy, kind, patient, helpful, responsive and pleasant. My experience with Downs is that they are an amazing company! Thank you for everything!

The basement in our rental had flooding in the basement Suite. The remediation team came in with their beep-beep machines to test for temperature and moisture. They wouldn't listen to suggestions to cut out a bit more dry wall to properly inspect. They said we were "aggressive," because we kept insisting on the possibility the problem was located. We had an amazing experience with Downs Construction team! Their staff were warm, thoughtful, and kind, always keeping our interests in mind. They were knowledgeable, on time, respectful of our property, and very accommodating. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!
