Downs construction did an amazing job with our kitchen leak that flooded our downstairs suite. Marco and his crew were great to work with and always kept us in the loop. The construction crew were friendly and polite and always cleaned up after the work was completed. A big thanks for completing our job ahead of schedule. Would highly recommend Downs construction for future work.

We have used Downs Construction twice in the last 3 years. Just want to say they are an excellent company from there office staff to all there trades they make sure everything goes very smooth. I would highly recommend them.

Our basement flooded on October 6, 2025 as a result of a sewer back up. It was a mess . Luckily, we had insurance coverage and within a few days our adjuster was on site and the site coordinator for Downs was also here. Rather than deciding to do the work ourselves, we chose Downs to supervise all the work. This was a fantastic decision on our part because we have had a very satisfactory Experience.
