I just wanna say, if you’re ever considering using Downriver Pediatrics on West rd for your little one- DONT. my son has had a tongue tie probably since he was born, and no one at the pediatricians office ever caught it. He struggled with breastfeeding and keeping him awake while he was eating and we could never figure out why but their suggestion was “put a cold spoon on his chest, that’ll keep him awake” at less than 8 weeks old. Office was billing our insurance for services we did not receive, went to switch pediatricians to find out that they CHARGE to send over files. Funny that it didn’t cost me to send the files to them from the last doctors office. Check insurance claims to make sure it’s not happening to you!
We absolutely love everyone at Downriver Pediatrics! We see dr Wylie, and both kids love her!
Love this place my daughter has been going there for 18 years and my son for 13 years so far.
Doctors are great but office personnel have no customer service ability. Charge for cancelling an appointment when I have a doctors excuse from another doctor. I said goodbye because it was more important to the office worker to collect $25 than it was to see my Son.
Hands down the BEST doctors for your Little ones!!!
Good Doctors but a terrible office staff. Did my three year old Grandaughter a big injustice.
My last experience was ssssso terrible i immediately switched pediatricians. Was a patient for over 15 years!! Started with Dr Sy when she was on Fort in Lincoln Park.
