I was referred to Dr Singh after lesions were found during a scope. I was told I had to pay my deductible before I was seen. Unfortunately things have come up and I don’t have the money for my HIGH deductible so I am still waiting to be seen and no answers to the lesions on my throat. To choose money over patients health is unacceptable and unbelievable.
Ridiculous office! Called to schedule an appointment for severe GI-related issues and was told that the GI (who is supposed to treat GI ISSUES!!!!) is only doing colonoscopies and is choosing not to see other patients. Seems like they wanna run up the insurance bill. Glad I chose to go with Dr. Swetech instead. His office at least has compassion and isn’t worried about the money-making part of it.
I’ve went to this doctor for years and never had issues. The video visits never bothered me he was always nice and quick to the point. However, his I believe new office staff is an absolute joke. I scheduled an appointment a week ago for sept. Today they decided to call me and tell me I have to put a 200 dollar deposit down before my appointment because in the past I have had a cash balance. What an absolute disappointment. As a doctors office and as a man himself. Only cares about the money. He will charge your insurance as many times as he can even if you have to get two different surgeries when it can be done in one. Complete joke this doctor is. Do NOT go to him.
This Dr. will not see patients at all!!! Only does video calls and schedules scopes. He charges insurance as if it was a real in person visit and it was only a video call. If you really care about your health I would go to a Dr. that cares enough to at least see their patients in person! It is 2023 there should be no reason not to see patients unless you are just about the money!!!
