great doctors here been under there care since 2021 great staff too from the front desk to the nurses
More than satisfied with my endocrinologist
Absolutely useless. I've been a diabetic for over a year now and I wanted to get more information to make sure I'm doing everything I can to control it. They never even checked my A1C and said I wasn't really a diabetic even though I'm on the max dose of Mounjaro. The doctor talked to me for a while and gave me a sheet of paper that seems to go against what most people saying. It even had carrots listed as a food that diabetic people shouldn't eat.
The woman who handles the billing department was rude and hung up on me. I have never experienced being mistreated when calling a doctor’s office. Won’t be going back.
ADD-ON: it’s crazy how many people call out how terrible this office is and how they can’t get their crap straight. Talk about medical professionals who aren’t in the profession to actually HELP OTHERS. This office is highly incompetent. My wife has gone a month without proper insulin pump supplies because the office does not listen to their patients. Her blood sugar has been out of proper control without her necessary supplies.
