Really happy with my visit today. I had an emergency and was scheduled within 2 hours of my call. I also am a new patient and they were fantastic with making sure they had all of my insurance info handled before I even arrived. I just started going here and everytime I have an appointment they will text me ahead of time. Which I love, so I never forget. When I go in I am in and out. In just minutes. They are very nice and patient with me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
I have been coming to down River dental for 30+ years. Although the dentist and hygienist have changed the friendliness and professionalism remain. I miss Dr. Larry Gerstein but Dr. Lyngass is great too. Kristen is cheerful, kind, and professional. I have never had a bad experience.
My son had a filling with Dr Nation and his assistant Alex and they were great with him (3 years old) keeping him calm and pain free with numbing. Great staff!
I started coming here over 30 years ago. I started bringing my kids when they were able to sit still. Then, my husband left his long time dental office to come to Downriver Dental. It's never a long wait for cleanings and dental work is pain free.

I was concerned about one of my crowns but the doctor put me at ease. I didn't need any work done. We were amazed that the crown was put on in 1991 and only needed to be cemented back in one (2005) since then! Good quality work!
Dr Lyngaas fixed a chip in my front tooth and it looks great. I've been a patient over 40 years and since we've moved out of the area, I now travel 3 hours to get here but it is worth every minute. I have total confidence in the staff. They are professional, friendly and always helpful.
