I had an appointment to see Dr. Kirschenbaum yesterday. While with her dental assistant I had an panic / anxiety attack. I was not nice to the assistant which, I am completely embarrassed about. Dr. Kirschenbaum and the assistant treated me with such respect, care, concern and UNDERSTANDING. Dr Kirschenbaum told me there was no need to apologize and put me at ease mind, body and soul. I had two caps done yesterday. I can’t be happier at the wonderful work done by Dr Gernstein and his assistant. I expected to be in pain once the numbness disappeared, however, I was pain free. First time in my life I had dental work that was literately pain free. I want to thank them for an amazing job well done. Their concern for my comfort was remarkable. I highly recommend him and this office. Great staff.
Downriver Dental really blessed me by refixing my front tooth. The office manager ask me about my level of satisfaction with her office I began to share my experience about how I had some work done by someone that no longer work there, I complained about not being satisfied to no end no resolve then the tooth cracked. Everyone at the office is very friendly/helpful. I know working with the public is not always pleasant but the staff is always pleasant. Amy and Dr K made me feel at ease-and that is not an easy thing to pull off! Very happy I changed to Downriver Dental.
