We live next to the place where all the trucks park (which by the way is a residential area and we don't understand how DOWNRITE got there)…..every morning we have to deal with many, many trucks leaving their huge garage with RUDE AND UNPLEASANT DRIVERS, because they think they own the streets!
I had a sick mother, and I have been trying to build her dream house. I have finished the planning, budget, etc, and needed an engineer to help me. These awful people lied and made many many many errors in their work. It took months to fix the issues, in which my mother passed away. I was unable to build my mother her dream house (which she’s been wanting since I was a kid) before she passed away. I will never forget how I felt, or how I will feel, knowing that I failed her for the rest of my life - because of these people.
Very rude and unprofessional.
Apparently this company has lots of business. However, it's employee appear to have not much respect for property owners that are next to their development sites. They park on your private property, eat lunch and leave their leftovers on your lawn, when asked "Why are you on my property or parked here on my grass?" the response is "No speak English." I understand that, However, respect for others rights and property is universal in the 5 countries that I've lived in. Guess not in Miami-Dade County.
