I was driving on the Florida Turnpike when I encountered one of your company vehicles. After I safely moved into the lane in front of the driver with more than enough space, the driver became visibly upset. He then moved into the opposite lane, began making aggressive hand gestures, and attempted to drive back into my lane as if to cut me off. Employees are disrespectful and rude. The repair on the road is ill mannered and done with lack of care for the community and the vehicles that use the roads for daily use. So much damage to vehicles cause by the repairs and the company manager has no desire to fix them. When contacted there’s not a care given . This company is horrible all around. Customer service is a 0 and the job on the road is 0 as well.

If I could give a 0 I would have. My son was driving my car in Florida City where we live to pick up his little brother from after care. The Downrite driver was doing under the speed limit like 15 mph, he probably was on his phone. I told my son to pass him because we are on a time limit which we did. I guess the driver decided to pay attention and realized we were passing him so he decided to try to run my son off the road. License plate 42D QEE. Unacceptable, I should have called the cops. Fire that guy.
