Bread Pudding was very dry. Not yummy like it is supposed to be. Not impressed.
All I can say is that it was amazing so glad there back.. Danny gave us the best service look forward to the next time...
Didn't get seated until 40 minutes after our reservation to start with. My entree showed up cold but the sides looked perfect, so I sent it back and when it came out second time entree was tepid with horrible flavor and sides had been replaced with undercooked potatoes and nearly raw bok choy. Calamari appetizer, my daughters chicken gorg salad and our server Mallory were great!
Tried the reopened Downriggers today on 11-11-16 and was disappointed in what was missing from their old menu. No Shrimp/Polenta Appetizer, BLT, Express Lunch, real bacon in the Cheeseburger, Club Sandwich and the old best in the town Cold Slaw was absent too. Had their Fish & Chips and they were too oily.
The food was delicious, service was excellent and the dining room looks great!!
Best bar on the island ! Try the salmon and the smoked oysters ! Hats off to Debbie and the crew for creating such a beautiful space to dine.
So excited to have you back on the waterfront in Friday Harbor! Beautiful new building with the best view of the Friday Harbor Marina!
This was one of our family favorite places to eat and we always took friends who came over for visits.... Hoping they re-build!!!!
