I expressed interest in this organization through email and left multiple voicemails. No response. I received a callback 2 weeks later from a rude woman and the first thing that comes out of her mouth is "You wanted down payment assistance" I politely told her I already found downpayment assistance and hung up in her face. Unprofessional.

DownpaymentTX is not closed...just haters that can't do what Jerome and his team can do. Jerome helped me solve a somewhat complex situation with an iBuyer on my previous home and then help get my wife and i into our current home with 5% down. Do yourself a favor and don"t listen to any real estate agent or lender that says you need 20% down to purchase a home.
