I used to be a patient of Dr. Downing's. He is not rude or anything, but he endangered my safety with Clonazepam. He prescribed it normally, but that medicine is highly addictive. I was forced to dangerously withdrawal from it by Josh Thurlkill of the Allen Police department. I was also prescribed Seroquel by him. The net result was a bunch of sleepiness and weight gain. I also took lithium from him. He tested my kidneys, but I didn't even really notice any effect from the lithium.
