Quite the worst service we could have imagined. As overseas sellers we engaged Maryanne Kennedy at Downing Frye and had a terrible selling experience. We wrote a detailed 2-page latter to the CEO and her manager, expressing our concerns, neither of whom even bothered to apologise. I would strongly recommend you use any other realtor to sell your property.
