They literally NEVER answer the phone during their REGULAR office hours. I have called at various times and I never have someone answer the phone. Ridiculous.
Updated: based on your response, it is clear that your organization is not willing to accept that our process was unusual, irregular, and mishandled - even descriminatory. This is not a complaint due to the fact that we were provided with an adverse, retaliatory, decision, one we were only were granted as a result of applying pressure.
