Honestly, I couldn’t imagine buying a mattress online… what a hassle. I popped into Downey just to try a few mattresses and fell in love with mine. The staff is awesome. Honestly, he threw the best pitches and was so down to earth. Knowledgeable but not pushy, ya know?? The delivery guys were in constant contact day of. They could have come early but I was unable to answer the phone so they called back to reassure me that they would still be there at the previously agreed upon time.
