So I called for my ac unit for my home and they were very professional and on time. I recommend this fool’s!
Had an old machine that needed to be completely cleaned and revived; they managed to get it going again making ice. The two techs that showed up were polite and clean.
Had him service my walk in freezers. Very knowledgeable and very good with prices.
We had scheduled Downey to come out and service one of the ice machine at our restaurant on a Monday. Didn’t hear anything until Wednesday. When I finally do get the call, the driver/tech asks me where to park and I tell him the underground lot. Very rudely, he says they have a big truck and it won’t fit. I told him it would be fine, we get all of our deliveries down there and they come with big trucks. So then he says that they’d have to use the loading dock, again very rudely.
