This place is absolutely horrible! They demanded I pay $325 before I received any treatment. Turns out, I didn't owe anything for this type of treatment. Fast forward 1 year and I'm still fighting with their billing department to get reimbursed. It's sad that this entire company cares more about money than medicine and providing decent customer service. Small claims court here I come.
I've been going here for a few months now at the Tucson Az east location. My wife and I appreciate all that they are doing for us. Very understanding of all my wife questions. They take the time to explain everything. So that we understand.
I was there for the first time, my doctor and the staff were awesome, fast and diligent in getting all the records from the many many other specialists and the hospital, and after being seen by so many other doctors, I finally got the answers I needed and a viable treatment plan, given the many other hematologists and oncologist I was with that gave me no diagnosis and no real consistent answers. Looking forward to feeling better with their treatment plan🏼
