Really upset about going my 2nd time here I went for a gel x fill and a basic color nothing else, I kept telling the lady I just want a fill nothing else she proceeded to ignore me and began to start a new set I told her no it’s just a fill that I want again was ignored and she said it was a fill and did what she wanted and I wanted a nude pink and she didn’t even use that she said they don’t have the at anymore and used the pink she wanted upon finishing as I went to pay it came out to $85 for a fill and basic color it was ... read more

I have been coming to Downey Nails and Lashes ever since they opened in 2023! Excellent work in everything they do! From nails to lashes to waxing, you name it! They provided you with all services and provide the absolute best customer services. Their staff is extremely friendly. They make sure your are comfortable and pleased with your results! Highly recommended!
Went in to get hybrid lashes last Thursday. While I did like the placement of the lashes, it was nowhere near the amount advertised as their “hybrid” lashes on their site and instagram account. They were also uneven. When I pointed it out to the tech, she agreed and took me to the back to try and even them (they still weren’t) I guess she really wanted to go home cause she even told me to go home.
