I recently visited Downey Nails and Lashes for a pedicure and manicure appointment with my mother. Unfortunately, I was left very disappointed by the service. When booking, I was clear that we both wanted classic pedicures, but once we were seated, both technicians persistently pressured us to upgrade to gel polish. Quin did such a terrible job. At first I thought they were nice when my lashes started to grow Out I notice she rushed my other eye as there was a lash fan with a big clump of my natural lashes attached! Leaving me with a big gap of no natural lashes attached. So disappointed and for the amount I paid too. 110$!! Crazy

I've been a customer of Downey Nails and Lashes for nearly two years, and the nail technicians have been phenomenal. Their work is consistently excellent, which is why I've often recommended them to friends and family. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the salon's management and front desk staff. Their scheduling and customer service are extremely disorganized, and they seem to have little regard for the customer experience. I came here with high expectations bc my sister is also a customer. But after this experience… my sister and other friends will no longer show up. -Jade was the specialist who helped me and was extremely rude and aggressive while doing my nails. To begin with she told me to look at the T.V instead of watching her while doing my nails!
