Great experience and fair price. I took in my 370 nismo for smog check. Unfortunately it didn't pass the first time due to a recent battery replacement. I didn't realize that could cause issues with smog testing. He explained to me the likely issue (sensor needed time to reset) and told me I could come back and retest after I put some more highway miles on the car. I stopped by this location to get a smog check and Chuy showed amazing customer service! He was friendly, explained the steps, and forwarded the information as needed. I had an issue with my documentation and called to see if it was an issue on Fast Pass's end. Chuy took my call, answered all of my questions, and even went as far to show proof of forwarded smog check documentation. Not once did he get irritated with me.
