Absolutely horrible!! Worst office personnel and doctors visit ever. We read the reviews and took our chances because the appointment was already made for my son. Two weeks before the scheduled appointment, we got a call confirming a different date. When brought up the discrepancy they said it happens all the time with their scheduler. On the day of appointment, my son gets there, pays his deductible and is told the receipt is being emailed to him. The receipt never arrives. Ok went to her for the 2nd time. First time, I waited for over an hour, last patient. I was in the middle of telling her why I was sent there. She walked out of the room in the middle of me talking, turned off lights. Needles to say i was unhappy and got up and we raised our voices and i left, but i did make another appt.
