I had a wonderful experience at Downey Dental Centrr here in the City of Downey.
I had my first appointment at this dental office at 8 a.m. When I arrived, I was told that the doctor wouldn’t be in until 9 a.m., and I would need to wait. They mentioned doing x-rays in the meantime, but I decided to leave since the whole situation felt mismanaged. Very disappointing experience and waste of time
Today had a very rude Dental Hygienist (not Dentist) inform me that “due to my poor dental hygiene” my visits to this dental office should be on a more frequent basis instead of 6 months s/b every 3 months as previously prescribed. This comment was made due to my visit today, being delayed by 9 months, resulting from a stye which appeared in my left eye and supposedly my flossing and usage of the water pic are inconsistent.
