Instead of dry cleaning my hat they washed it, ruining the bill and shrinking it. The worse part about it is they are no longer reproducing the style and I had taken perfect care of it for years.
I’ve gone here a couple times and they have done a good job on dry cleaning my items. I brought in a 100% merino wool sweater (that’s dry clean only) this past week though and they completely destroyed it. I’ve had this sweater dry cleaned at a different dry cleaner before and they took care of it so well. But here, that is not the case.
