I’ve gone here a couple times and they have done a good job on dry cleaning my items. I brought in a 100% merino wool sweater (that’s dry clean only) this past week though and they completely destroyed it. I’ve had this sweater dry cleaned at a different dry cleaner before and they took care of it so well. But here, that is not the case. It’s now shrunken and the wool is felted- almost as if they ironed it or something…I am so disappointed and probably will not be coming back. Friendly, polite, price, always on time, excellent services
AWFUL service!! I dropped off my wedding dress and veil here. They looked at it on the spot, and said they would dry clean it. They took my info including my phone number and said to come pick it up the following week. I went to pick it up. My WEDDING DRESS and VEIL was sitting in a CRUMPLED PILE on a CHAIR! They did not clean it. Not once was I contacted to say that they didn't want to take it on citing it was delicate.
