The scheduling staff, especially the way they were trained are horrible, spoke with Kelly and treated us as if we were just living off the street. We had an appt and she had kept calling us to cancel our appt as”our insurance isn’t active” although it was active. We offered even to pay and they kept telling us no we won’t give itemized bill even though I never asked for it and insurance won’t reimburse you although I didn’t ask again.
