The customer service at this company was once excellent but it has gotten worse and worse. Seems they never recovered from a huge backlog of service calls in the pandemic. And now to schedule a simple service call takes at least two calls - if you're lucky. This company is amazing. We have had a maintenance agreement with them for years and they have fixed our furnace at all hours of the night. Their repair technicians are excellent and I cannot thank them enough for giving us heat and hot water in the worst of times.
