I've been doing business with Downeast Air for at least five years. I have never been disappointed. My first contact was when my old a/c unit went out. A new condenser had to be ordered, which was to take a few days, this was on a Friday. The tech did some jerry-rigging that got us through until the new unit could be installed. I had to have a capacitor replaced maybe a year ago. I also signed up for the maintenance contract service. Downeast is always on time and they never make me wait for days for an appointment.
