I would give a negative review if possible. After recently moving to the area, I had an appointment with Tran for a new set of acrylic nails. My refill appointment was awful. The nail tech (never told me her name) showed up 15 minutes LATE for my appointment, with an attitude. Several of the nails (new set by Tran) were already separated and had to be removed and they charged me for Tran's mistake. I just left this nail salon for a refill and a pedicure, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Upon reviewing their pricing chart, I noticed that they charge $5 and up for longer nails and an additional $5 and up for nail shapes. I already had coffin-shaped, medium-length nails, so I asked the technician if keeping the coffin shape would incur the extra charge. She said yes.
