Down to Earth came out to fire up our large (24 zone) sprinkler system, which had been dormant for 2 years. Travis and his partner did an incredible job restoring the system, clearing all blocked and redirecting (as needed) sprinkler heads. They even patched a couple of small leaks. Incredible service, incredible knowledge. Looking forward to Down to Earth coming out to our place in Ogden again!
Me and my husband aren't good with sprinklers and have alot of questions. He was kind enough just to answer questions and help guide us through. Was a tremendous help and super friendly. Will definitely support this business.
Travis is very helpful and knowledgeable i recommend him for all your sprinkler knowledge he won't charge you no silly made up things. And has upfront pricing. I'm in stansbury and got his number from. A friend unfortunately he wasn't close enough to be able to help me but later down the road I trusted him so much to check a quote for me and tell me if it was a fair price or not. Awesome customer service!
The crew arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule and I appreciated the 30 min arrival notice. They came to the door to let us know they will begin work and to make sure we didn't have any dogs in the backyard that could possibly escape while the gates were open. Got straight to work with a follow up upon completion. They made sure we were satisfied before leaving and left me with the impression of how much pride is taken with the work they provide. Very professional and I will be using down to earth's services again.
Above and beyond service. I reached out to schedule my lawn to be aerated. They responded timely and had me on their books to come out two days later. I wasn’t going to be home so I text them to see how payment would work. They were able to invoice me for a simple and convenient payment option.
