I cannot speak highly enough of Trevor and the Down South Physio crew. They have seen my husband and me through knee replacements, hamstring injuries, back and neck pain and now in our latter years pelvic floor issues (thanks Bree), balance and general fitness. I started at Down South Physiotherapy with rehab for an injury and have never left! I continue to see the benefits of attending the group classes on a weekly basis. Senior Physiotherapist, Matthew, has offered nothing but professional care and personalised service both in individual and group sessions. Highly recommended ! 🙌🏼
Trevor is a wizard! Outstanding personalised service. By far the most complete physiotherapy I've experienced.
Trevor and team know exactly how to keep us ageing surfers in the water. Rehab or pre-hab, they apply their expertise in a scientific way, but it's usually engaging and fun as well. Never leave disappointed, and I highly recommend.
