Called and left msg on a Monday about a month ago. No call back. Called again on a Wednesday, person answered and recognized my name from msg I left(!!!) and took my info for an estimate on a roof replacement. Never heard back. Not a good way to do business. Called 4 companies for an estimate, Down Home was the only one who did not respond. All others had their estimates to me within 3 days. I would give 0 stars if I could.
