He was really great about telling me what was going on with my furnace and replaced the part it needed right on the spot. Now my family has a warm house again. Super nice guy and was there when we needed him. Thumbs up for sure. I will be using them again in the future.
Excellent response time, called and arrived as promised. Did NOT install a $450 wireless thermostat that he ordered for us, based on a phone conversation before his initial review of our system - told us he honestly did not think we needed it. Very professional, explained things in terms that we could completely understand, and felt comfortable with his work.
