I’m giving this residence a 1 out of 5 due to extremely poor maintenance. The water has been cut off three times in a week without any alternative provided. On top of that, the place is full of cockroaches, making it an unhealthy living environment. We expected better from MetCap, but unfortunately, it has been a huge disappointment. Many residents are facing the same issues, and it seems like most are planning to vacate soon. I strongly urge management to take immediate action and improve the living conditions."
Absolutely Terrible Management and Living Experience I had the misfortune of dealing with the manager of this building, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. The manager is incompetent, rude, and seems to lack even basic knowledge about managing a property. He tried to overcharge me for repairs and was completely unhelpful when we questioned the extra costs. Horrible building. Cockroach infested building. So glad I’m leaving. Just awful. Water gets shut off every month. I would not recommend you to spend any of your hard earned dollars on any unit in this building. Also no balcony :(
