They have a great nutrition planning program which helped me very much, so I thought it will be nice to show them my gratitude by living them this review and sharing with you my point of view: the facility is very clean, the staff is professional and helpful, always smiling and eager to help, they always respect the appointments. I was always received exactly on time and treated very well.
This facility is brilliant. The staff is very friendly, one does not need to wait for long when they have an appointment. Once I just walked in and was still accommodated without a long wait. There is also nothing as great as a clean facility, it makes you feel like you are in very good hands, and you really are, the staff is amazing.

I have only words of praise for Dowlen Urgent Care! The staff is just amazing! Kind polite and efficient! They really know what they're doing and my pain vanished in minutes! Everything is spotless, and they take their time to explain you everything. I know I can always count on them!
Dowlen Urgent Care and Family Practice is a wonderful facility. Whether you have an appointment or not you are able to be seen the same day with no hassle. This practice is made up of a group of wonderful doctors who truly care and go above and beyond for their patients. Also, when you walk into the facility you are greeted by a nice and friendly staff.
