I use Dower Realty for residential property management. One thing I find disturbing is that their monthly statements are mid-month statements. If a cost/expense was incurred after the issuance of the statement but before the following month, you would need to go elsewhere on their site to find out the details. This expense would not show up on the following month statement either so this practice places additional burden on the owner.
