I love me some Dr. Dowell! Her gentle yet firm approach to medicine and her patients makes her in my opinion, the creme de la creme in Rheumatology. I was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease, and she has been here with me on this journey ever since. She's knows me! She gets me, and even more than that: she listens.
