Not impressed. Spent 20 minutes in the room with this woman. I have been diagnosed with autoimmune for 10 years and she sees me for 20 minutes and tells me I was misdiagnosed. Tells me she doesnt believe I have RA and that st bernards rushed the diagnosis. My blood results as well as my MRI confirmed it. She even took me off of my meds. Im dumbfounded because my rheumatoid factor has gotten so much lower on the meds and she took me off of them. I love me some Dr. Dowell! Her gentle yet firm approach to medicine and her patients makes her in my opinion, the creme de la creme in Rheumatology. I was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease, and she has been here with me on this journey ever since. She's knows me! She gets me, and even more than that: she listens.
