I wasn't use to or comfortable with going to a chiro. But my trainer referred me to Dr. Rick for the issues with my left knee. Yea, my alignment affected my knee. And guess what? My knee doesn't give me the pain it use to before Dr. Rick. Shhh, don't tell him how great I think his work is ... :) *wink lol
