Dr Dowd did an excellent job of treating me for a brain bleed. He was thorough kept me informed throughout the process. He is very personable and easy to talk to. He will answer your questions in a manner you can understand. This could have been so much worse but thanks to my lord Jesus Christ and Dr Dowd’s skilled hands I had minimal deficits after the procedure.
