I was very disappointed with my visit to the clinic due to sitting in the waiting room to be seen, and the staff basically forgot I was their. I sat at least an hour until I came out and spoke with staff on why I haven't seen the doctor for my appointment. I was their just to schedule my surgery, which only took 10 minutes to schedule, but end up at the clinic for 2 hours. This never happened to my with previous appointments, and I hope this never happens again to me or any other patient that visits the clinic for an appoint... read more
Dr. Dowd was very professional. He was courteous and caring in his exam. He reviewed my MRI results. It was determined I need an appointment to have an injection in my lower back. This appointment is scheduled for July 15th.
Dr. Gregory Dowd, Garrett Gilbeau, PA, and Natasha Gaspard, along with everyone else at this practice have been super! I've had three spinal surgeries with two of those being fusions. Dr. Dowd and his team have done amazing. Would recommend anyone to them. He listens to you and hears you. 5 stars all the way. Thank you again for helping me get back up and going. You are a Godsend.
