My 5 year old has always had anxiety about the dentist! From the moment we walked in the door every single staff member in the building(from the front desk to everyone we passed in the halls) went out of their way to make him feel comfortable and at ease! Dr. Johnson took more time with my child than I have ever seen any Dr be willing to do! You def don't feel like just another patient! I thank them so much for a great experience
Love this place! I've been going there for a while now and Dr Dowd and his staff are top notch.
We took our two-year-old granddaughter to see Dr. Johnson today for her very first dental visit. I'm already a patient there and have always thought that the staff there is fantastic, but today was exceptional. My granddaughter is shy and didn't want to cooperate, but Dr. Johnson and her assistant were so gentle and caring. Dr. Johnson sang softly to her while doing her exam, and she was able to complete the exam as well as brush and apply fluoride to our granddaughter's teeth. HIGHLY recommend this dental practice!!!
I had a root canal this morning, went to work afterwards. Took ibuprofen, ate lunch, took two more 4 hours later and taught my fitness class with no problem! Everyone thought I was crazy for doing all of this, but my dentist is just that good!
Wonderful group of people from the time you walk in the door until you leave! You're not just a patient, they treat you like family!
