They do great tire work, but I received the most disrespectful customer service from the new young guy/business partner (Cole), after they tried to do a transmission rebuild on my 96 ford Explorer.... that rebuild kept having problems for over 3months back in February 2016......and it's still having problems. And I paid them $1700 for this?! Smh....

Dow tires are reasonable on prices and the great customer service is awsome.i won't go anywhere else for my tire issue's
The shop owner, stephen was working today. He helped me out in a timely fashion and did a freaking awesome job.
Mr. Dow has always worked hard and a little more. His work ethic has got him where he is at today.
