Rent is reasonable, im ready to move back The office staff is always pleasant and helpful on the phone. The rent stays reasonable, the maintenence takes care of the grounds to make it a pleasant surrounding, outside lighting has improved, Quiet , good neighbors.
Public service announcement: dont ever move into dow manor apartments. Their workers harrass u after they send u a eviction notice for bullshit reasons. By far the worst place to live. They also allow mental patients to live in their apartments, tht will make false police reports to get u in trouble, and even after the police reports are proven to be false this management company still kicks u out. They just want to suck u dry of ur money n kick u out n attempt to keep ur security deposit. DON'T MOVE HERE EVER!!!!
