This is an absolutely gorgeous hotel and the customer service is outstanding!! I was in a bind last spring when my Airbnb did not work out at the last minute, and Michelle went above and beyond to make sure that I had a room to stay in at the Dow for a week… She was so compassionate and helpful, and I cannot say enough good things about the amazing customer service that I received! I cannot wait to stay here again!!
Michelle and Brianna are incredible! Unfortunately, I didn’t get to stay at this hotel after hearing great things about it (some misunderstandings about booking and days on my end) but I do need to say that the staff was extremely understanding about the matter. There are many hotels that will give headaches regarding mis-booking and charging.
