Visiting from Savannah, and had a fabulous meal at Dovetail. The food was not the only part of our experience that was awesome...the customer service from every member of their staff was excellent. The staff was knowledgeable about menu selections and was very accommodating and the food was exceptional. The "Put-Ups" from the starter menu was absolutely delicious, creative and a big hit with our foursome - it actually induced some good natured squabbling over who got the last bite of each of the four offerings. Decor beautiful, people were wonderful service oriented people, the food was amazingly wonderful prepared perfectly!
Thank you Dovetail! From the fresh flowers in the ladies room to the Crusher Petite Syrah & all the creative southern flavor combinations like the fried green tomato & crab cake with crawfish gravy special last night it was truly a southern foodie's fantasy. I'm in love. Until we meet again.
