Moved out in October 24.... Went to court over management would not enforce smoking rules. Was told in court that I would ONLY have to pay for damages!!!! I broke 1blind in the bedroom. He is trying to charge for 2.... How This boy with no brain is trying to charge a extremely amount??? This place is a joke and all the hens in the building like too make up lies and rumors they have nothing better to do. This place is nothing but a drug house and need to have dogs go through the building.
horrible place. raised my aunts rent because shes jewish, ex manager harassed her and so does the current maintenance/new manager does as well as break into her apartment and rob her blind. the residents will rob you. her neighbor was hacking her wifi and deleted her ring footage to again break in. the other neighbor across the hall has broken in mulitple times. the string pulls in the bathroom do not work at all caused her a coma. they poisooned her dog. they tried to catch her APARTMENT ON FIRE THE DAY SHE LEFT.
